HMI Software Developed for Your Industry
Engineering services / HMI software
Your HMI software is the cornerstone of any control system. Now, more than ever, you need a dependable and flexible framework that serves as the central hub for your process control and machine operations.
Your vision windows are the building blocks of your HMI screens. By standardizing screens and what colors mean across all systems, operators can more seamlessly work from one location to another, or in other facilities when needed. This continuity in screens—in what red means, what green means, what yellow means—is standard and consistent. It allows for everybody to be on the same page.
You can transform windows into custom configurations to define how your navigation is configured. Using pop-up windows and docked windows, you can hold status information on the screen at all times. Components such as buttons, charts, displays, and other elements display information the way you need it for functionality that works for you.
iAutomation is proficient in Rockwell Automation Factory Talk View
iAutomation has years of experience utilizing FactoryTalk View ME (Machine Edition) and FactoryTalk View SE (Site Edition) to connect people with the information they need to do their job.
FactoryTalk View Machine Edition (ME) is a versatile HMI that provides a powerful solution for machine-level operator interface devices.
FactoryTalk® View Site Edition (SE) lets you monitor and control manufacturing at all levels, including engineering, maintenance, operations, and production information, from a single operator station up to distributed server/client, multi-user applications.
iAutomation can provide unlimited integration capabilities with Ignition
Ignition software by Inductive Automation is an industrial application platform with numerous tools for building solutions in HMI, SCADA, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). A unified system to replace any fragmented network. iAutomation is an Inductive Automation Ignition Gold Certified Integrator.
Ignition’s Three Main Components
Ignition is a server-based solution that can run on several platforms including Windows, Linux, and macOS. And with the Perspective Module, you can also run the platform on iOS and Android. The three main components of Ignition include:
- The Ignition Gateway – This is the communication web server and primary software that drives everything on Ignition. When the Gateway is running, you can view data on any device—including desktops, mobile devices, and industrial displays.
- The Ignition Designer – This feature accesses all the projects you have on the Gateway and allows you to develop new ones. With everything integrated into one system, it is no longer necessary to access data from different systems and creating new reports in a third-party software. Once launched, the Designer lets you edit your projects, and keeps all your data (Charts, Tables, Graphs, etc.) in one place for easy access and sharing.
- Ignition Vision Client launcher – is a software program that is launched from the Ignition Gateway page that can be used from the same computer, accessed from PCs, handheld devices, or virtual machines. The Gateway automatically detects which operating system you are using and downloads that version of the Vision Client Launcher.
With the ability to view data on any device—such as cell phones, desktops, and industrial displays— Ignition will seamlessly connect all departments and locations – from wherever they are, and whenever they need. And, of course, security is a huge factor and is built into every aspect of Ignition.
